The partnership is not a dispensing contractor within the meaning of the regulations.

The Practice does not normally undertake the teaching or training of health care professionals or persons intending to become health care professionals.

In the event of any patient exhibiting violent or abusive conduct towards staff or other persons, the contractor is empowered to take appropriate steps to safeguard others and prevent any recurrence.

There are no local walk-in centres in or near this Practice’s area of operation.

All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.

The average pay for GPs working in Peninsula Medical Practice, in the last financial year was £65,059 before tax and National Insurance.  This is for two (2) full time GPs and one (1) part-time GP who worked in the practice for more than six months.
